This center handles incidents and requests concerning the Judicial Branch’s information technology services. What is the Directorate of Information Technology?
This is an office of the Judicial Branch created through Memorandum No. 1 of July 1, 1998, on the Implementation of the New Organizational Structure of the Office of Court Administration. Its mission is to implement and provide information technology solutions and services to internal and external clients of the Judicial Branch in an efficient, effective, secure, and reliable manner.
What are their hours of operations?
ITC operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
