The Judicial Branch may, at any time and without prior notice, review, replace, or modify this Policy and Terms of Use, as well as any other information contained in this mobile app. It may also extend, restrict, or make changes to the services or programs described in this app at any time and without prior notice.

The Judicial Branch provides these links only for the information and convenience of its users, so, when accessing them, the user acknowledges they are leaving the Judicial Branch mobile app and shall be subject to that website’s terms of use and privacy policy. Duty to Make Proper Use of the App and Services
The user agrees to use the mobile app and available services in accordance with applicable law and with this Policy and Terms of Use. The user undertakes not to use the mobile app for activities that are contrary to the law, morals, good customs, and public order, for illicit purposes, or to injure the rights of third parties. It shall not be held liable for failure, interruption, or a lack of availability or accessibility of the mobile app or its services, regardless of the cause or duration, or for claims or losses as a result of such interruption or lack of availability. When reasonably possible, the Judicial Branch will announce interruptions in the operation of the mobile app in advance. The Judicial Branch does not guarantee the usefulness of the mobile app nor does it accept liability for the lack of accuracy, or for errors, omissions or other defects in the information, use, and/or updates to its content, or for claims or losses as a result of such errors, omissions, or defects.
This exclusion of liability applies to any injury or damage caused by lack of compliance, error, omission, interruption, elimination, defect, delay in operation or transmission, cyber virus, malfunctioning of the transmission line, theft or destruction or unauthorized access, either due to breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action.
